Compatriots temporarily residing in Uzbekistan must contact the migration authority within three working days after changing their place of residence. Those planning to stay at a new address for more than three days must register there without cancelling their existing registration at the previous address.

It applies to compatriots, including people of Uzbek origin temporarily residing in Uzbekistan, as well as those working or studying there.
