  The updated Immigration Rules set out when applicants can seek administrative review of refusals of entry clearance, permission to enter or permission to stay. The Long Residence route requires 10 years of lawful residence, while certain periods of overstaying, immigration bail and other restricted statuses do not count toward the qualifying period.
