From 1 August 2026 to 1 August 2027, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Singapore holding ordinary passports may enter Azerbaijan visa-free for tourism. They may make up to three entries during the year, with each stay limited to 30 days; stays exceeding 15 days require registration at the place of residence.
According to sources, the measure expands short-term access to Azerbaijan for citizens of the two countries, but it does not replace a visa for work, study, or long-term residence. People planning a move should account for the three-entry limit, the 30-day maximum per visit, and mandatory registration after 15 days. Long-term residence requires the appropriate visa or an application to extend the stay or obtain a residence permit where legal grounds exist. This is particularly relevant to citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Singapore considering an exploratory or preparatory trip before relocation.
